Introduction:Hello, My name is Mikhail.C aka oomnine. I gladly present this mod to you. Remember, this mod is not developed by a team, but completely by myself. This is the first mod (halo)and far the longest modding time I have used than any other mods. The goal of the mod is to remake Halo Trial into complete halo 3/odst. The game is comepletely JOINT USER FRIENDLY. I have spent months gathering data and learning modding tools just to make this mod as perfect as possible. Ofcourse, many of these resources i used in the mod are from others, I humbly give credit and thank thosewho distribute the hard work.I myself, as an artist, contributed much textures on the vehicles and bipeds. Last thing, if you are wondering why this is version 1.3 and cant find any previous versions, that is because those versions are never released and only played by me and some of my friends. I hope you enjoy this mod, if there is any problem, it might be fixed in the future or simply go fix it yourself.
Prior to 2020-03-19 This guide previously recommended installing the HAC2 mod for its automatic custom map download feature. Chimera 1.0 now implements this feature, so for a simpler setup I suggest just sticking with Chimera only.
Note that these instructions are for the Project Cartographer version of Halo 2. It is a mod which allows you to play Halo 2 on modern systems and also online with multiplayer. Credits for the download goes to their team, you can visit them and find our more about their project at
this works perfectly fine and by far i have zero issues. it kinda fix all the lag of my previous existing game that i had and still holds my progress. either having a copy of halo 2 or just simply download the game from here still works fine. some people might have issues depending on their hardware and etc.
Well the thing is.... yes there is a map editor... but have you even looked at the map editor... you get 16 shaders/textures to work with. Hardly any items to work with, you cannot add any custom vehicles or anything cool or special looking without modifying the Main Menu (which to some crazy people.... like the halomaps.org guy... say its illegal... etc etc etc) Not to mention.... you get next to nothing to work with inside of the map editor... you can't edit a thing with the stock map editor, cannot do this and that. Because it is stripped, locked and screwed up to the max (sorry for the lang... but it is true)
With the stock map, you may as well make a box map with only simple plain textures because there are no cool animations (holograms, etc), effects (fire, waterfalls, cool looking lights "theres like 2 lights that are horrid, that's it" etc) Buuuuut with the like 3-6 people working with halo 2 vista on making custom maps, decompiling/reverse engineering things here and there... they have unlocked a few things here and there... but even with what they have done, they and we Halo 2 Vista players, map makers and end users, have nothing else... just plain stock maps... and you cant download maps while the game is in session btw... (how retarded is that)
*** Battle Pass and Tier Skips, or equivalent versions, will be accessible in Modern Warfare II once the Season 01 Battle Pass, or equivalent system, is made available in-game. Battle Pass redemption applies to one season of Modern Warfare II Battle Pass, or equivalent system, only. Vault Edition owners on PlayStation platforms will receive an additional 5 Tier Skips on top of the 50 awarded with this special edition.
Across all platforms, a limited edition release known as the "Balls of Steel Edition" was briefly marketed to collectors. This version included a five-inch bust of Duke Nukem, a 100-page hardcover artbook following the development of the game, postcards, stickers, a comic book, playing cards, dice, poker chips, and foldable papercraft. 2b1af7f3a8
